We at Back of the Net Soccer Academy realize the most effective way to impact a club’s player development is to impact its club’s coaches' development. Training five coaches is like affecting 100 kids. 

By helping an organization recruit new coaches and retain and develop current coaches, the more the impact on the kids and the more the club will grow in membership. We focus on:

• Player development

• Cognitive, mental and physical

• Team management techniques

• Creating age-appropriate lesson plans, practice sessions and drills

• Conditioning, training, speed, agility, coordination and balance 

We can tailor the coaching clinic schedule to your needs, whether it be a one-time season kickoff or a monthly meeting. Sessions can be created for anywhere from 5 to 500 people, and most often includes the following:
